There are good collection of tools that ship with the
Windows Operating System for troubleshooting internal or
external systems. Ping.exe, telnet.exe, tracert.exe,
nslookup.exe and the command prompt are always a good
starting point for system administrators. Additional
tools are also available from the Microsoft
Website.
